Bank's Vacuum provides Free Shipping to any of our local stores. Simply place your order and select "Free In-Store Pickup" from the shipping options. A Bank's Vacuum customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order is waiting for you at your local Bank's Vacuum location. We make it easy!
Shipping Times
Orders that are received and processed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 4 p.m. Eastern Time ship the following business day. All orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following business day. Special orders for products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer are noted with delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
Bank's Easy Exchanges:
Sometimes buying a vacuum online can be tough to choose the right product. The item you choose might not be what you expected. No worries. Bank's Vacuum will exchange your purchase with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days. We'll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. We'll send you the new item and pick-up the first one at no charge. We can also send UPS to your door for pick-up if it's more convenient for you.
Bank's Easy Returns:
If you prefer to return your purchase, Bank's Vacuum is here to help. Give us a call at 888-BANKSVAC within 30 days from the day it was delivered for a Return Authorization Number. Then you simply ship the item back to us in its original box and/or packaging with all the accessories and instruction books. We will refund you 100% of your purchase price. Please note: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in "like new" or "slightly used" condition. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.
Exceptions:
A few of our online and in-store products are not returnable. These are mostly large or special order items. They are not returnable because of shipping costs or the manufacturer's return policies. The manufacturer will usually replace these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not eligible for return:
Miele Rotary Iron and all Commercial Products including: Commercial Air Purifiers, Commercial Floor Scrubbers, Commercial Extractors, Commercial Steam Cleaners, and Commercial Buffers.
