Outerbag for all Royal metal vacuums. This cloth bag can be used either way. Leave the paper bag out and fill the bag with dirt. When full, simply remove the top holder and dump out the dirt. Saves on bags. You can also put a paper bag inside the outerbag for a cleaner removing of the dirt. This bag has a black tube that runs up the inside of the bag and connects to the B style paper or hepa bags. The color of the,bag is orange.
