This filter set is no longer made, you will need to buy the filter set with the granulated secondary  filter. That part number is SF9G-1 or RF9G-1.

Measures: Hepa Cassette Filter is 2 1/2 x 7 1/8 inches measured on the inside (outside is 2 7/8 x 7 1/2). Charcoal filter is 207/8 x 8 5/8 inches. Micro filter is 1 1/4 x 2 5/8 inches.
