The Bank's team of vacuum experts will trouble shoot and identify the problem with you over the phone. We will then send you the items covered under warranty free of charge. If a repair is required, we promise to send UPS to your home to pick-up the item, repair it under warranty, and ship it back to you...all at no charge. All you have to do is box it up. We take care of the rest.
*Please note that per all manufacturer's warranty policies, water and drywall damaged units and units with blockages caused by oversized objects are not covered under warranty.
