In 2009, "Bank's Vacuum" re-opened on Lapeer road just south of Clarkston Rd. in Lake Orion, Michigan. The original "Bank Family" Lake Orion vacuum store opened in 1977 as "Ken's Vacuum". The Bank family sold "Ken's Vacuum" in 1983. "Ken's Vacuum was later bought and sold several times and operated under several names, the last of which was "Vacuum Works". In 2012, "Bank's Vacuum" purchased "Vacuum Works" and chose to move into that Lapeer Rd. location across from Home Depot. The new and friendly "Bank's Vacuum" staff continues to proudly serve the Lake Orion and neighboring communities from this location.
